The UPV A-ball team is made up of athletes with reduced mobility. This new sports discipline attracts all people with or without "disability".


For this reason, from the club we launched the possibility of learning about the sport of A-ball through the training action of "Team Building".

Inma Marco and Rafa Pallarés are expert consultants in business strategy, skills development and team cohesion techniques. They will help us:

Expert in motivational talks, in transmitting cohesion between teams and in showing what is important in life and how we should face it in unexpected situations.

Toni Falcó, coach and sports director of the UPV A-ball team. Manager of the AFAE regulations department for the practice of A-ball and trainer of technicians and referees of this new sports discipline.


He has managed work teams for 15 years and has directed companies in the sports sector, these being a benchmark in educational training for basic ages.

A-ball match

Practical class to know the gaming chair. How to catch the ball, pass, shoot...


After learning the rules and handling of the chair, a game will be played between the UPV players and the assistants of the company participating in the training action.


We will finish by mixing both teams to enjoy a different day, different but in which we all felt the same.
